With over 25 years of experience, from starting as a Call Center Executive to becoming a Managing Director, I’ve lived the journey of career growth and leadership first-hand.

Today, I use those learnings to guide young professionals and leaders in building stronger communication, leadership, and career strategies.

My Journey

I started my career on the front lines — taking calls, solving problems, and learning how to communicate with people from all walks of life. Over the years, I moved through roles in operations, team leadership, and business management.

Each step taught me something new about what it takes to lead — not just manage. I learned that the difference between good professionals and great leaders often comes down to how well they communicate, how confidently they show up, and how intentionally they build relationships.

That’s why I now dedicate my time to coaching others. I want every ambitious professional to have the guidance I wish I had earlier in my career.
