Hey, I'm Ravi.
I started my career answering phones in a call centre.
Today, I coach Directors, Senior Managers, and high-potential professionals at some of India’s leading organisations, helping them communicate with authority, lead with confidence, and build careers they’re proud of.
In between those two points: 25 years, multiple industries, and every leadership lesson you can imagine, earned the hard way.
I’ve held leadership roles across Operations, Client Delivery, and Business Management, most recently as Vice President & India Managing Director at Sincro, a DealerOn company. I’ve led large teams, navigated high-stakes stakeholder conversations, managed performance under pressure, and made the mistakes that only experience can teach.
That’s what I bring to every coaching conversation; not theory, not frameworks from a textbook, but real-world, field-tested strategies that work in actual offices, with actual people, in actual careers.
