How does a session work?

Once you book a discovery call through Calendly, we’ll spend 30 minutes understanding where you are and what you want to achieve. If we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend the right programme for you. All coaching sessions happen over Google Meet, 60 minutes each, once or twice a week depending on your plan. Before every session you’ll get a short prep note so we use the time well.

How long is the programme?

It depends on what you’re working towards. A single Clarity Sprint session is 75 minutes, ideal if you have one specific challenge to work through. The Leadership Transformation program is a 3-month commitment with 4 sessions per month, this is where most professionals see the biggest transformation.

Do you coach outside India?

Yes, absolutely. All sessions are online via Google Meet, so location is never a barrier. I currently work with professionals across India, the Middle East, the US, and the UK. If you’re in a different time zone, we’ll find a slot that works for both of us.

What results can I expect?

That depends on the work you put in, and I’ll be honest about that upfront. What my clients consistently report: they start speaking up more confidently in meetings, they get noticed for promotions they’d been passed over for, they handle difficult conversations without stress, and they feel clearer about where their career is going. I won’t promise a specific outcome, but I’ll commit to showing up fully prepared for every session and holding you accountable to what you say you want.

What's your refund policy?

For single sessions, if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you’ll receive a full refund. For monthly programmes, the first session is covered by a satisfaction guarantee. If after the first session you feel it’s not the right fit, I’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. Beyond that, monthly fees are non-refundable but you can pause your programme for up to 30 days if life gets in the way.
