Hey, I'm Ravi.
I didn’t start my career in the boardroom.
I started by answering phones in a call centre.
Like many professionals, I worked my way up one role at a time, learning through difficult conversations, missed opportunities, demanding managers, and leadership challenges that no textbook prepares you for.
Twenty-five years later, I’m the Vice President & India Managing Director at Sincro, a DealerOn company, where I lead teams, work with global stakeholders, make hiring decisions, develop leaders, and navigate the same workplace challenges my clients face every day.
That matters because I don’t coach from theory.
I coach from experience.
Everything I teach has been tested in real organisations, with real teams, under real business pressure.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across Operations, Client Delivery, Customer Experience, and Business Management. I’ve built and scaled teams, coached emerging leaders, managed high-performing professionals, handled difficult conversations, and learned — often the hard way — what separates good managers from respected leaders.
